This project consists of training the police staff on the principles and criteria of EFQM excellence model and conducting assessment according to this model that included the General Directorate of Police and in the governorate. According to the outcomes of the assessment an improvement plan for one year was prepared and implemented that led the Police to be recognized as "Committed to excellence C2E" by EFQM.
