The objective of the project in a group of Palestinian municipalities was to improve the infrastructure and raise the level of administrative and financial capacities of municipalities. IDMC have evaluated the ability of municipalities benefiting the project to manage projects and determine the requirements of development of these municipalities in terms of administrative and technical aspects. The project led to prepare a development plan for each of the Council of Sharawiya and in Kafriyat area.
