IDMC have worked on this project in 1998 and was the first project in a Palestinian municipality to improve the quality of services and meet the requirements of ISO9000. This project included building the organizational structures updating job descriptions and defining all internal operations at the municipality. In addition several meetings and workshops with citizens and municipal employees were held which contributed to improving internal communication and increase the capacity of the municipality to manage other projects.
