The municipality has sought to cooperate with IDMC in 2 related projects designed to increase human capacity and improve the quality of services provided to citizens. The construction and application of ISO9000 was applied to achieve an advanced level of service quality. The project included establishing a service center one-stop shop that reduced the time and effort during the review of the municipality.The project lasted for two years
