This project consisted of training the staff of the President Office on the principles and criteria of excellence according to EFQM model as well as performing an EFQM-based assessment of the Office works. The outcomes of the assessment were used to prepare and implement a development plan for one year. The plan started and many projects were completed that have made ready i.e. 'qualified’ the Office to be recognized as "Committed to excellence –C2E" EFQM.
