Organizational Development the Supreme Judicial Council
In this task IDMC performed diagnosis of the administrative and financial work at the council through a comprehensive assessment process. It included administrative and financial system and human resources management. Accordingly a development plan was prepared and approved by Director of the Supreme Judicial Council. In the second phase the project included the construction of the financial and administrative systems and procedures compatible with best international practices application of systems and work procedures training the employees of the Council on the internal auditing mechanisms and preparation of reports and determining the appropriate remedial actions.The project has lasted for 8 months.
