The project involved training 85 directors and staff at the Ministry of Local Government in Ramallah and in the districts on methodologies and tools of strategic planning. Of the 85 participants 20 were evaluated and ed to become trainers in strategic planning. The trained teams in various functions and locations of the MoLG took the lead in preparing the ministry’s strategic plan using a strategic planning manual that IDMC prepared for the ministry.
