In this important work Dr. Amjed Ghanim; a consultant of information systems at the Ministry of Finance assisted ministry in the procurement of the integrated tax administration computer system PATACS. Through this process many activities were implemented including the preparation of tender documents and technical evaluation of submitted bids.
