This is the first project of its kind in the Palestinian National Authority which aimed at computerizing all the work of the MOT and connecting all parts of the ministry electronically as well as linking it with stakeholders such as Ministry of Interior Banks and Courts. It was planned to make an automated process for providing services to citizens and beneficiaries. Because of circumstances beyond the control of the parties the project was completed only partially.The project has lasted for a year and a half.
