The Egyptian Arab Land Bank is considered the first bank in Palestine which began the implementation of quality management system ISO 9000. The bank is formed of 7 branches and more than 200 employees and works to provide all banking services. During this project attention is given to the development of information systems and financial operations relating to customers as well as given help in the management of operations where IDMC consultants’ efforts have focused on coach of a major bank team bank on the concepts and tools of quality management.The project lasted for one year.
