Application of the Palestinian Standard of Quality

The project included the preparation and rehabilitation of Qaisi Brotherhood of milk and cheese for a certificate of quality of Palestinian food industries the project included evaluation of the infrastructure and production lines in the factory to determine the suitability of the food safety requirements and has developed a plan to rehabilitate the factory to the requirements of this specification. The quality management system was prepared according to the Palestinian food industries the implementation of the infrastructure requirements and the application of standard criteria in the factory have been done which led the factory for a certificate of quality of Palestinian food industries.
