The Arab Specialist Hospital is the first hospital which applied the quality management system ISO 9000 / IWA1 for health care. This system ensures all services provided by the hospital medical services laboratory pharmacy as well as support services such as cleaning laundry and hospital administration.The project lasted for one year.
