This project is one of the largest projects carried out in the field of quality management in the private sector in the Palestinian Telecommunications Company which consists of more than 1500 employees working in about 30 sites. This project included key areas such as organizational structures policies and all operational aspects. IDMC faced a great challenge in unifying the procedures of operations between multiple sites the responsibilities of work and the distribution of roles between the officials of the company.Implementation of the project took one year.
