The project included the preparation of requirements of the application of international standard for food safety ISO 22000 in a poultry slaughterhouse which is for Palestine Poultry Company where physical technical and administrative requirements were identified for the application of this International Standard and according of this the preparation of the quality system were done and follow up of its implementation which enabled the company to obtain ISO 22000 certificate.
