The project consisted of developing a detailed analysis of the reality of work in the hospital which included the strategic and operational aspects of financial administrative and medical areas. In this hospital which has 85 beds and 200 staff the results of this study are summarized of several practical recommendations in the form of a plan to revive the hospital.
