The project consisted of the application of the requirements of Islamic specification which specialized in Islamic food products where this standard introduced for the first time for the market of Palestine through IDMC and it has been applied in several Palestinian companies some of these companies have got a certificate the Global Foundation according to Malaysian Islamic specification several companies various industry sectors such as oil pickles sweets industries have participated in this project, this project was  implementation for one year.
