Zahra’ juice Factory specialized in producing various kinds of seasonal juices powder products and others. As part of the expansion plan at the factory this project consisted of two phases the first was to redesign the structure of the factory and the second was the development and implementation of quality management system through the implementation of the requirements of ISO 9000 and Al-Hasp standards. Our consultants work with the factory managers and staff and a special attention was given to system products test.
