In this project IDMC has made an evaluation of human resources management methodologies and results of their work in the Palestine company for Industrial Investment PADICO and the 12 companies related to it where it identified the most important strengths and opportunities for improvement in these companies based on global practices of good management of human resources according to this the preparation of development plan for the management of human resources in PADICO and companies were prepared.Implementation of the project took three months.
