The project was implemented in three chambers of commerce in Nablus Jenin and Tubas for one year . It included two major phases: first the assessment of organizational structures and development policies plans systems and procedures and developmental projects. This phase was concluded by an assessment report and development plan. The second phase includes the development of the internal management systems at these chambers according to the requirements of the international quality standard ISO9001. The system included annual planning revenue management internal audit customer service human resources project management and relations and communications. This project led to immediate positive results such as reducing service time by 22%. The chambers got certified to ISO 9001.
