The Union in collaboration with IDMC has made an important initiative towards institutional development to increase efficiency and to ensure organizational sustainability. The result of this initiative was an organizational structure and functionality description of the Union and an integrated financial and accounting system covering all aspects of work. The implementation of this project made significant impact in terms of improving the performance of administrative and financial processes of the organization.
