The project was implemented in cooperation with PortlandTrust in order to assess Palestinian companies again market readiness criteria. The model criteria were geared towards production capacity marketing and competitiveness human resources international relations and networking product quality. In this project a model called Capability Maturity Model was built and used as to assess companies. It consisted of 4 levels of maturity according to a scale 1-1000. 33 Palestinian companies were assessed in various industrial sectors and a report for each company was issued which helps in setting prioritized developmental needs that gradually build companies’ capacities to penetrate new regional or international markets, this project was for one year.
