This project consists of training the University staff on the principles and criteria of excellence according to the European Excellence Model and making an assessment to the University system in accordance with this model which included all University departments. According to the outcomes of this assessment an improvement plan for one year was prepared and implementation has started up in which many projects have been completed that qualified the University to have the recognition of "Committed to excellence" EFQM.
