This project contained a comprehensive economic study aimed to reduce costs in the public services provided by the hospital such as food cleaning laundry maintenance warehouses energy and others. Based on the cost analysis report IDMC suggested many cost reduction activities. We supervised the implementation of study recommendations and Hospital US$ 300000 during the first year of operation, this project was for 3 months.
