IDMC studied the existing conditions of institutional partnerships between the private sector and government agencies related to the work of the private sector. Partnership discussion included industry associations Paltrade Union of Chambers of Commerce the Palestinian Standards Institution and the Investment Promotion Agency. Governmental organizations included ministries related to the work of the private sector such as the Ministry of National Economy. A model of partnership and a mechanism for coordination of work between government agencies and private sector institutions was set up to ensure effective and positive communications and interaction of roles.
