The objective of this project was to improve the quality of medical services provided in Jerusalem hospitals through the implementation of ISO9001 combined with guideline standard called IWA1. This project was applied to medical services as well as all support services such as the laundry central stores pharmacies security administrative and financial functions. This project led to improve the quality of services and raised the bottom line of the hospital, and continued implementation for two years.
