This project included 4 hospital laboratories: Maqased Red Crescent Augusta Victoria and Saint Joseph the goal of this project was to develop and implement the requirements of global ISO15189 for medical laboratories. IDMC helped these laboratories to be the first in the Middle East to obtain compliance to this international standard that achieved a reduction in operating expenses and higher quality and safety, Implementation took six months.
