This project combines the Makassed and the Red Crescent Hospitals the goal of this project was to create a modern system for human resource management including policy planning recruitment promotions pay scale incentive plans and staff evaluation. The project also included the improving communications and relations between the governing bodies and executives of these hospitals, and lasted for four months.
