Comprehensive Institutional Development for the Engineers Syndicate
IDMC implemented this project with largest membership-based organization in Palestine that has 9 branches and more than 50 employees. We assisted in establishing a comprehensive institutional system which led to improved communications higher employee morale and better customer services. rnThis system included building organizational structure policies and operational procedures such as recruitment pay scale financial procedures quality public relations and internal communications. It also addressed archiving decision-making and follow-up and organizational performance evaluation., Implementation took one year.
