IDMC has worked on this project in 2007 and took 8 months, aim to improve the quality of services and achieve ISO 9000 requirements through restructuring and reviewing and building systems. This project was in building organizational structures and  Job descriptions and identification of all internal operational processes in the municipality. It was also held several workshops for Council members and municipal officials.
