IDMC in this project  work on diagnosis and organizing human resource jobs in Red Crescent hospital in Jerusalem to create a modern human resources system, including policy, planning, recruitment,  promotions, salary, and incentive plans and personnel appraisal. The project also included improving communications and relations between administrative bodies and executive bodies in each of the Al Maqased Hospital  and the Red Crescent hospital.
