The goal of this project which took its 6 months and which was funded by the Japanese Agency for development, to determine the development needs of local communities in the villages of the Jordan Valley  eleven, through meetings and intensive meetings with the residents in order to develop a strategic plan for the area of the Jordan Valley. It was identified emergency and development needs in all the educational, health, economic, social and other fields.
