This project aim  to work on preparing a strategic plan for management based on strategy of the Ministry of local government, and included workshops for management staff at the Center and directorates covered mechanisms and methodologies for strategic planning and analysis of management and setting goals and initiatives. Accordingly, the initial version of elite has prepared a strategic plan, and was discussed in a meeting attended by administration officials and staff of the Ministry, where they adopted strategic plan for the Administration also contains an operational plan.
