As part of the efforts of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed to obtain the ISO 9001 for 2008, this project came in to design and provide an intensive training program on the ISO 9001 standard in addition to a training part of the internal audit on the system. The program consisted of 8 training days that included details of the international standard. 25 trainees from all department participated in the program. In addition to the training, the project included the assistance in reviewing, preparing and documenting a quality management system based on the ISO 9001quality standard.
