The project included the training of 80 federal government employees from various ministries to the requirements of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program model launched at the beginning of 2007. The training was carried out in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and included leadership and strategic planning criteria and included practical case studies on how to implement these two key criteria in ministries and federal entities.
