This project assisted first in determining the requirements of implementing the Abu Dhabi Excellence Program by assessing the Directorate work systems and preparing a work plan that included all important improvement activities. The necessary methodologies were identified in line with assessment results and department's work conditions. Many work procedures and forms, and records were compiled, organized and prepared. In addition, documents were prepared as evidenceofactually implementing the excellence model,organized using electronic and paper formats. The project included several workshops and briefings with employees in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Gharbia.
