Our work with the General Directorate of Immigration Department continued to include training in specific fields such as strategic planning and assessment methods using RADAR methodology as well as the “culture of excellence”. These training programs were designed to assist management in rebuilding the department and qualifying management and staff in the assessment mechanism according to RADAR. More than 50 management participants from Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Gharbia participated in the programs.
