This project helped EREC to build its strategic plan through several workshops and included several major development initiatives. This project included the assessment of the organization according to the model of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Government Excellence Program and the preparation of a plan to improve and develop work systems and meet the requirements of the program. Based on this plan, we discussed and developed a strategic plan for the organization for the years 2011-2013. Training workshops were held for employees at all levels.
