This project qualified the Ministry of Finance to implement Risk Management System (ISO31000) standards and the Social Responsibility System (ISO26000) standard. Project started by analyzing the ministry work as per the requirements of these standards, and accordingly, a development plan was prepared to fill the gaps. The outputs of this project included policies, manuals, risk management and social responsibilityprocedures. Based on the effective implementation of these two systems and the results of the internal audit and training process, the Ministry has passed the external audit process successfully.
