The project included two parts: The first was to provide training for senior officers in Ajman Police General Command in the field of assessments and organizational excellence, "EFQM Assessor" and "Leader of Excellence", where 25 police participants participated in these 2 trainings. The second part was a formal police assessment carried out in cooperation with EFQM to meet the requirements of the C2E and the R4E. Ajman police achieved both certificates.
