The project included the evaluation of the ministry according to the criteria of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid program for government excellence and the preparation of a plan for improving and developing aspects of work in the ministry in order to meet the requirements of the program. Based on this plan, and throughout the year we assisted the Ministry in preparing the necessary methodologies and conducting training and workshops for staff at all leadership and operationallevels. In this project, a number of major development initiatives were proposed, such as the Public Services Center and the Internal Excellence and Creativity Award, as well as the development of a set of policies and methodologies for computerized information systems and programs.
