In order to enhance its capabilities in the field of organizational excellence according to the European Excellence Model, ENEC worked with us to provide EFQM accredited training by Dr.Amjed Ghanem to a number of 70 participants from different departments. Most of them passed the requirements of the program and achieved accreditation as EFQM assessors. In year 2016, we also provided a group of 10 ENEC leaders with a new training, Project Validation, for project review and assessment.
