We assisted Ras Al Khaimah Police to meet the requirements of implementing the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence through a planned set of activities including assessing the police as per award criteria, developing an action plan to include quick gains and long-term objectives. All applied methodologies were identified and documented. Training was delivered on the excellence model criteria and assessment system. All documents and evidences were gathered, organized and saved in electronic and paper forms to ease retrieval upon assessors’ request. The project that extended over a period of 6 months enabled RAK Police to win the Saqr Award for Government Excellence in 2016.
