The objective of this project with Sahara Group - a group of private sector companies - is to restructure 38 companies and business units belonging to the owners into a holding company, and to rebuild the various work systems in the group to an integrated system covering all organizational core and support processes. In order to effectively adapt to the new requirements, support operations have been centrally established at the Group level to provide a balanced and unified service to all of its subsidiaries. These operations include Human Resources, Financial Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Information Technology Management, Community Responsibility, Public Relations, Procurement, internal and external surveys and other important systems of the company's business. The project also included training in all these fields in order to achieve quality in all its operations in accordance with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 18001 and others)
