Commissioned by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), Dr. Amjed Ghanem led the assessment team to carry out the EFQM C2E assessment of the Saudi Electricity Company in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. The mission was conducted in march 2016 with an outcome represented by assessment report that showed the company's ability and fulfill the requirements of the C2S excellence scheme. The company obtained the Certificate in March 2016.
