Objective of the project to obtain Hebron Electricity Company  ISO9001: 2008 certified and the development of procedures and systems in place through meetings and work programs included a number of working groups, which included departments and heads of departments and personnel managers and permeated workshops, study a range of cases, the process for the application of the standard, where quality concepts through enhanced business processes that are defined and applied as well as the quality objectives and indicators identified in the areas of employees and customers. This enabled IDMC applying ISO9001:2008 successfully leading to Hebron electricity company access to international specification certificate ISO9001:2008.
