The aim of the project is to develop a strategic development plans  in East Sawahara and Qatanna and Bedo for the period 2012-2015, adopted the methodology followed in preparing plans on the principle of community participation in all phases of strategic development planning,the aim of the project is also positive and significant changes in the relationship between the local Council and the institutional and community sectors to enable the community of self reliance in the drafting of resolutions and future plans, thus creating sustainable development at economic, social, political and environmental terms.
