During the project development plan strategy and physical map of the Ithad gathering has 3 villages (Bettilo, Dir Ammar, Gammaleh) for 4 years through the participation of community organizations. Where the goal of this project to make positive changes in the relationship between the local authority zmhmh and institutional and community sectors enables the community to formulate decisions and future plans to create sustainable social development on the economic, social, political and environmental terms.
