The project, which lasted for one and a half months of continuous work with the Executive Office of the Government of Dubai in early 2008, included the evaluation of Dubai government departments. Dr. Amjed Ghanem evaluated civil defense departments, Dubai courts and Dubai Public Prosecution. The assessment was conducted in accordance with the Dubai Government Excellence Program criteria and based on the logic of the radar and the mechanism adopted in the program.
