Following the long efforts of AD Police to achieve the highest levels of excellence, and to capitalize on previous 3-year training efforts with us, this project came to demonstrate the level of excellence achieved through exposing police to the EFQM R4E assessment process. Included in it was the planning and implementation of a comprehensive simulation assessment to prepare police to reach the level of "Recognized for Excellence R4E".  The project lasted for 3 months and included as well activities such as awareness workshops and training. The formal assessment was carried out by the EFQM where the police won excellence recognition R4E for the 5-star level. Previously, many police departments have achieved the EFQM "committed to excellence C2E".
