We provided a complete training program in the European Excellence Model, EFQM, that included a number of courses: EFQM Assessor course, Internal Assessor course, as well as how to plan improvement projects according to the model “Journey to Excellence J2E”, and finally, a training program for improvement project review and validation. More than 50 participants from the municipality in all these programs.
